Mindfulness activities are something we all need for self-care. Maybe finger painting isn’t the first thing that pops into your head when you think about self-care, but what could be more fun than this child-like activity with a grown-up spin?
We will start the evening with a short meditation to set the tone for the night.
Next, your instructor will help you release any inhibitions about the outcome of your artwork. She will guide you into a fun state of mind where you can create freely.

Wear something you don’t care about getting paint on. Just in case things get crazy!
