Debbie, from Just Roughin’ It, has agreed to come kick our ass. Maybe not in those exact words but she is going to share her extensive Pilates experience by making us sweat on a Sunday morning.

Pilates is a type of exercise that focuses on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and posture through a series of precise movements and controlled breathing. Pilates is inspired by yoga, ballet, and calisthenics, and can be performed on a mat or with specialized equipment like a reformer. 

Donations will be accepted for Bunny Rescue.

Half Full Coffee will be in the parking lot serving up delicious a elixir of life.
