Raclette night is back!

We usually host raclette night in the spring once the holidays are over and everyone has had time to digest their cheese. But now that we have the beautiful lounge to host in, we are going to bring it back early.

Raclette is a traditional Alpine experience involving super melty cheese served with potatoes, charcuterie, pickles, and onions.

We put our own twist on this by creating a 4 course meal using French, Swiss, and American style raclettes. Each course will highlight the best of each raclette.
